A Specialty of Ours

Fence Repair That Looks Like the Rest of the Line

Repair is a specialty of ours. We say that on the homepage because it is true, not because it sounds nice. A lot of companies only want a full new fence. We will replace two panels, reset three posts, and rebuild a gate if that is what the yard needs, at a competitive rate, without leaving a patch that does not match.

We handle repairs from Anderson through Greenville and the smaller towns in our service area. Vinyl, wood, aluminum, chain link, and the gates that sit in them.

Storm Damage, Humidity Rot, and Posts in Clay

Upstate fences fail in a few predictable ways. A storm takes out a run of panels and leaves the posts standing. Helene-era damage is still showing up on wood lines that were never quite plum after the trees came down. Humidity rots the bottom of pine boards where they sit in wet grass. Red clay holds water, so a post that was set too shallow starts to lean after one winter of freeze and soak.

Gates fail first. Hinges pull. Latches miss. A wood gate swells and drags. We fix hardware, reset hinge posts, and rebuild the gate when the frame is done. If the rest of the fence is sound, there is no reason to replace 150 feet of it because one corner took a hit.

Repair or Replace? We Will Tell You Straight

Sometimes a repair is throwing good money after bad. If every other post is soft, or the wood is cupping down a whole side of the yard, a new fence is the smarter spend. We will say that on the visit. We wrote a full guide on repair vs replace in Upstate SC so you can see the same checklist we use: rot at the post, lean you can see from the house, storm gaps, and how much of the line is still doing its job.

If a replacement is the right call, we install vinyl, wood, aluminum, and chain link, plus new gates. Cost drivers (length, height, gates, slope, old-fence removal) are covered in how much a new fence costs in Upstate SC. We do not publish fake per-foot averages. Your yard gets a real number after we measure.
